it made accessing my room on an upper floor challenging. this was inconvenient with luggage.

The staff did assist me with my luggage. Breakfast had plenty of choices too.
The place needs maintenance badly. There wasn't a toilet roll holder in the bathroom. That was inconvenient. Paint peeled everywhere. It looked awful. It reminded me of I stepped back into the 80s.
