convenient location sufficient options helpful staff narrow stairs dated decor leaky shower
i was pleased with the location as it was close to hyde park. the breakfast offered sufficient options to start the day. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
the stairs were quite narrow. the decor looked dated, needing some modernization. i noticed that the shower leaked, requiring a towel to prevent water from spreading.

The location proved convenient to public transport links. Marble Arch station is very close to the hotel. The staff demonstrated kindness and went beyond what was expected. Breakfast service was fast, and the team was helpful.

the location was great near the tube station. breakfast included sufficient choices. the staff were friendly and helpful . i felt safe because of the strict entry control.
the hotel lacked an elevator. it made accessing my room on an upper floor challenging. this was inconvenient with luggage.

peeling paint missing holder
The staff did assist me with my luggage. Breakfast had plenty of choices too.
The place needs maintenance badly. There wasn't a toilet roll holder in the bathroom. That was inconvenient. Paint peeled everywhere. It looked awful. It reminded me of I stepped back into the 80s.
